In this class we started off with a discussion about user experience and the key features like aesthetic experience, cultural experience, social experience, emotional experience and much more. The faculty gave us an example of a cup and on what basis the rim of the cup is made. The rim of the cup is based on age, material, poring, drinking, hot or cold drinks. I realised how there is so much that is to be taken care of to create a good user experience. A lot of factors also influence the experience too.
Later the faculty saw all of our mind maps one by one and gave her feedbacks. We could too see and share our opinions about some one else’s mind map. For my mind map, the faculty gave me feedbacks to add on more to the parts of the element I selected. While making the map I had researched a lot but did not get enough information but after this I researched more and added on to the parts. Then I went forward with my research for the part I selected to work with forward to then come up with five iterations for the next class.
